First-Time Homeownership Programming
NOAH offers CHAPA-certified first-time homebuyer education classes as well as free individual counseling for everyone. There is a registration fee of $30 per person or $40 for two family members for the classes. Learn everything you need to know about how to purchase your new home wisely. Guest speakers include realtors, lenders, home inspectors, Boston Public Health Commission staff, and more. Attendees receive City of Boston certificates.

All non-summer classes meet from 9 AM to 2:30 PM & lunch is included. Summer classes - in June, July and August - are held on three consecutive weeknights from 6 - 9 PM.
