NOAH maintains a database of landlord listings. This is a free service for landlords and for prospective tenants. NOAH receives hundreds of requests for assistance with rental housing placement each year. We are currently seeking new landlord contacts in East Boston, Revere and Chelsea. If you are interested in finding out more about our no-cost service, contact Jahaira Sanchez at 617-567-5882 or jsanchez@noahcdc.org.

Our thanks to those who joined us for NOAH's 24th Annual Dinner featuring a keynote address by Robert DeLeo, Speaker of the
Massachusetts House of Representatives. A resident of Winthrop, Speaker DeLeo attended Boston area schools, graduating from the Boston Latin School, and attaining a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern University and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. We were honored to have him as our special guest.
There was a raffle that evening with a grand prize of $500 towards U.S. Airways tickets to anywhere in the U.S. Airways system; as well as signed sports gear, museum passes, gift certificates, and more. Our thanks to volunteer Ann Stroobant for all her hard work gathering the items for this raffle.
NOAH was honored to host Mass. Attorney General Ms. Martha Coakley on Friday, December 2nd. The Attorney General and her staff met with NOAH foreclosure prevention and mitigation counselors and others involved in working with distressed families facing potential foreclosures of their homes. Immediately following, Ms. Coakley held a press conference at NOAH to answer questions about her new law suit against five banks and MERS, holding them accountable for aspects of the ongoing foreclosure-related housing crisis in the state. Below: Attorney General Coakley with NOAH counseling staff.
