REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT

NOAH’s Real Estate Development Department addresses the ongoing housing crisis and the great need for safe and affordable housing in the Greater Boston region. We add to the affordable housing infrastructure by constructing new units, by rehabilitating vacant schools or other structures, and by upgrading existing residential property and then renting or selling these new homes to low- to moderate-income community members.

This affordable project created 30 new rental homes for families. The State funded this development using TCAP monies. NOAH partnered with JNJUHL Associates and the Holliston Housing Development Corporation on this Town-supported building. Construction has been completed.
