Neighborhood of Affordable Housing, Inc. (NOAH) has completed five new affordable homeownership units in a handicapped accessible condominium building on the vacant lots at 330 Meridian Street in East Boston. These lots were formerly occupied by three brick row houses, similar to the adjacent buildings, which were destroyed by a fire approximately 25 years ago.
